Suggestion for a Kinship "uniform"

Hi all,

Well, not a uniform as such.

What do people think of us having our armour etc all the same colour scheme?

Obviously this would only count for the high level stuff (mirrored armour for guardians, for instance) that you would never replace, as using dyes every time you get a new item would get expensive

Just a thought.............

For uniform i say all black or all white (i dont think we are alone on that thought ). But I wounder if its possible to design a cloak, I know they had a design competition a while back (see news history on the official website)? If its possible lets announce a design competition in the kindship…. I know I want to design a kick ass cloak for the kinship

I agree, black & white would be cool, just as here on the forum.

We'll see in book12 update how the decoration clothing will be like and if we can have a kin tabard made.

Ok, ill do some sketches on the cloaks…. One question though, the dragon used on this forum, is it taken from the internet or have anyone done it (if so can I get it)? If not, I think I might change it a bit… if its ok

No, it's from the Internet and I have no idea of the copyrights.
Looking forward to seeing your sketches.

Also, please make a sketch of a front tabard as I think the decoration clothing will be like that way, not the cloak.

Ok, ill focus on a banner. Do you have any idea of size or shape of it? …I still think im going to make a cloak as well (I hope my boss don’t find out that I do some sketching at work)

is it possible to have an all white suit of armour? i'd prefer this but generally it would be quality if we could get something together that we could pick each other out from a distance. would look good on raids too and i reckon help us recruit more folk

Hi! Sorry for the delay but here is my first draft of the new logo, im going to add some flames (thinking about Japanese style) and some other background stuff. If you all like ill continue working on it otherwise i will not bother. All input are welcome, i just might not do anything about it

Also is it showing the back or top of the dragon head? If so could we have a side on or front view???

If you are putting flames in it maybe we could have a slighty front view with flames coming out of its mouth!

A bit like smug out of the hobbit???

I LOVE IT!!! As the kin's name is "Legend of White Dragon" the logo should be something mysterious as you've done.
Only needs a little sharp corner softening in my opinion, nothing more. Then draw it black and white.

I might make the body a bit smaller, but I like the head (it’s the best thing in the drawing so far) and im going to continue with the Japanese-style of dragon (and flames). I had an idea about adding wings and claws but I just couldnt get it right, maybe ill give it a try again and hopefully that will get some mysticism in the picture… and also I wanted to get as far from a classic dragon as possible (the fantasy stereotype kind of dragon)… how do you think that will work?

Edit: after giving it at thought (over a coffee), I might change the body completely… instead of a snake-like dragon ill add some feet and claws…if it looks nice. Otherwise I continue working on the snake-body (I like the way it twist around itself).

I'm only beginning to slowly understand the drawing now... So I guess the head is in the middle turning towards the hole that the tail forms? As Angaldus, I thought the head was some kind of flames but now I understand and love it even more after realizing where the head is in the drawing...

Just wanted you all to know that the dragon is just about finished, i haven’t had a lot of time working on it this week and i hope to post it later today. Don´t get surprised if I continue working on it a bit more, but still…

Im also thinking of doing the header to the forum, what measurement does the header hav? What kind of pics and so on? Can anyone post them in the galley so I can change them and save them in the correct format and so on? (the background pic, the size on le logo pic)
